- Referral Information: If you use our referral program to recommend other professionals, invite clients, share Onetro with friends, or send a copy of a session to a friend, you may need to provide contact information for both yourself and the person you’re referring. We will automatically send a one-time email inviting them to visit the Onetro platform. This information will be used solely for sending the email and tracking the success of our referral program.
- Financial Information: We receive financial information such as payment card details or any other sensitive bank information, and other related information to facilitate transactions, process purchases of digital services or products, and issue payouts to professionals for services rendered.
- Commercial Information: We collect and generate transaction information (such as records of services accessed on our platform or services you’ve enrolled in, session history, task records). Please note that opting out of personalized advertising will not stop all ads you may still see generic ads while using Onetro or browsing the web. Usage data may also still be collected for analytics, service improvement, or operational purposes.

Please Note:
Opting out does not mean you will stop seeing ads entirely—however, they will no longer be personalized based on your browsing behaviour. Additionally, Onetro may still collect usage information for operational purposes such as analytics, performance tracking, and service improvement.

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 (NDPA), individuals (“data subjects”) have the right to:

Requests by Minors
If you are under the age of 18 and have posted content to the Onetro platform, you may request the removal of such content by emailing support@onetro.co. We will make reasonable effort to accommodate your request unless we are legally required to retain the information.
- DO NOT TRACK
