What counts as an active programme user?+
An active mentor or participant in a live programme. Admin accounts do not consume participant seats.
What is a concurrent programme?+
A programme that is currently live and accepting or serving active participants. Completed programmes stay in your historical reporting but do not use a concurrent programme slot.
How is capacity shared?+
The active-user limit applies across all concurrent programmes combined. Pro Plus supports up to 5 active programmes sharing a total of 200 active programme users, not 200 per programme.
When does the acquisition fee apply?+
For organisations, the 10% fee on collected programme revenue applies only when Onetro actively uses its channels, network, partnerships or outreach to generate enrolments. For individuals, an extra 5% applies only when Onetro discovery, promotion or distribution generates the customer. If you bring the customer, only the standard transaction fee applies.
What does the AI allowance cover?+
Included hours cover AI-enabled session transcription and related processing, such as summaries and action items. Additional usage is purchased separately.
Who is Enterprise for?+
Organisations that need more than 200 active users, more than 5 concurrent programmes, institutional reporting, custom integrations, specialised support or other bespoke requirements.

- Enterprise: unlimited programme capacity is subject to the agreed contracted user volume, infrastructure and support scope. Enterprise pricing and limits are bespoke.
- Payments can be used on all tiers. Transaction charges are separate from the subscription: 5% all-in for local payments and 6% all-in for international payments. Processor/FX exceptions may apply.
- The active-user limit applies across all concurrent programmes combined.
- Onetro-led acquisition: an extra 5% (individuals) or 10% of collected programme revenue (organisations) applies only when Onetro channels generate the customer or participant.
